TO: ANY AND ALL PUTATIVE PARENTS OF NOVA LEIGH ISAIAH ALFONSO
A Dependency Petition was filed on January 9, 2026 A Fact Finding hearing will be held on this matter on: June 2, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Whatcom County Superior Court, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, WA  98225. 

You should be present at this hearing. The hearing will determine if your child is dependent as defined in RCW 13.34.030(6).
