NOTICE OF 2026 NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL BOARD'S POLICY AND WEED LIST PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to WA State Weed Law RCW 17.10.190, landowners are notified of the continued need for noxious weed control in Spokane County through 2026. Pursuant to RCW 17.10.090, each county noxious weed board shall select weeds from the Class B and Class C list, not designated in Region 5, that it finds necessary to be controlled. The weeds selected and all Class A and Class B Designate weeds shall be classified within that county as noxious weeds and will comprise the county noxious weed list. Information about the noxious weed control program may be obtained at the Hearing to be held on February 25, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. A Board Meeting will be held following the Hearing to adopt the 2026 Spokane County Noxious Weed List and Policy Statements and to conduct regular business. Meetings are conducted in facilities that are accessible to all members of the public. Information regarding accessibility or notification of ADA accommodations should be made to the Spokane County Noxious Weed Control Board at (509) 477-5777 by February 24, 2026.
