ORDINANCE NO 2026-98
A ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BENTONVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE REFERENCES TO APPENDIX A ZONING CODE AND APPENDIX B LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, RECENTLY REPEALED AND REPLACED WITH THE BENTONVILLE COMMUNITY CODE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 
WHEREAS, City Council has adopted the Bentonville Community Code which repealed Appendix A Zoning Code and Appendix B Land Development Code, and
WHEREAS, the appendices are referenced in multiple sections in the Bentonville Municipal Code and should be updated with correct code references.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: 
Section 1: That Bentonville Municipal Code should be and is hereby amended with Exhibit A: Appendix A & B Code References, three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, and which is hereby adopted by reference as though it were copied herein fully; 
Section 2: That Bentonville Municipal Code, Ch. 106 should be and is hereby deleted;
