ORDINANCE NO.2026-100
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BENTONVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO RELOCATE CERTAIN PROVISIONS FROM FORMER APPENDIX A (ZONING CODE) AND APPENDIX B (LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE) THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECENTLY ADOPTED BENTONVILLE COMMUNITY CODE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 
WHEREAS, City Council adopted Chapter 50 Bentonville Community Code on April 14, 2026 and repealed Appendix A Zoning Code and Appendix B Land Development Code; and 
WHEREAS, several provisions from the former codes remain necessary but were not included in the new Bentonville Community Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: 
Section 1: Bentonville Municipal Code should be and is hereby amended with Exhibit A: Ch. 6 Animal Amendment, three (3) copies of which are on file with the City Clerk and which is hereby adopted by reference as though it were copied herein fully;
