ORDINANCE NO. 2026-102
AN ORDINANCE  REPEALING BENTONVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 82-86 ROLLER SKATES, ROLLER BLADES AND SKATEBOARDS PROHIBITED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 
WHEREAS, the City of Bentonville maintains regulations governing activities within public rights-of-way and sidewalks; 
WHEREAS, Bentonville Municipal  Code currently establishes restrictions related to skating and similar activities on sidewalks in Sec. 82-86; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Sec. 82-86 is no longer necessary and should be removed from the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: 
Section 1: Bentonville Municipal Code Sec. 82-86 Roller Skates, Roller Blades and Skateboards Prohibited should be and is hereby repealed;
Section 2 - Severability Provision: If any part of this Ordinance is held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall continue in effect as if such invalid portion never existed; and
