ORDINANCE NO. 2026-101
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE BENTONVILLE COMMUNITY CODE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Bentonville Planning Department requests to establish fees for the implementation of the Bentonville Community Code for 2026; and
WHEREAS, the proposed fee structure simplifies and consolidates fees, introduces nuance for scenarios with more intensive review, and aligns the fee schedule with the project types of the Bentonville Community Code.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT: 
Section 1: The Bentonville Planning Department 2026 fees, should be and the same is hereby amended as shown in the attached Exhibit “A”, hereby adopted by reference as though it was copied herein fully, with fee changes shown in yellow; 
Section 2 - Severability Provision: If any part of this Ordinance is held invalid, the remainder of this Ordinance shall continue in effect as if such invalid portion never existed;
