LEGAL NOTICEThe City of Orange, Public Works Department – Engineering Division requests a proposal for Survey and Environmental Services for the Riverdale Avenue Complete Street Improvement Project (RFP No. 25-26.18; SP-4308). The City is requesting consultant services for the preparation of topographic survey plans and data and environmental services for the project. The City has received grant funding from the Southern California Region of Government for the preliminary engineering and construction phases through the Orange County Complete Streets Program.A digital copy of the RFP is available on the City’s website: https://www.cityoforange.org/business/current-bids-proposalsMandatory Online Pre-Submittal Meeting will be scheduled on May 7, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 am. Meeting link and details will be provided on the RFP.Deadline to submit questions will be May 14, 2026 (Thursday) at 5:00 pm.Four (4) hard copies of the consultant proposal and a separate cost proposal must be submitted by 5:00 pm on May 28, 2026 (Thursday). All proposals must be mailed or delivered to the City of Orange, Public Works Department, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866, to the attention of Dien Vu.The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.The consultant work and project documents shall be prepared in accordance with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM).The Consultant shall be registered with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), State of California per Labor Code Section 177.1(a) at the time of bid.
