Bid Notice — Pasadena

Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is seeking certified Community Business Enterprise (CBE) firms interested in submitting qualifications as sub-consultants as part of the Stantec team. All CBE firms including disabled veteran-owned, dis-advantaged business enterprises, minority-owned, women-owned, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning-owned business types may submit information for the following disciplines: drilling/trenching, geotechnical investigations, geology/seismology, geophysical survey, instrumentation installation, hydrologic/hydraulic investigations, landscape architecture, and underwater inspection. Stantec is submitting a proposal to provide these services and seeks firms who may be interested in submitting to Stantec.Interested firms should submit a letter of interest, a brief description of their qualifications, resumes, rate schedule, a copy of CBE designation certification (if applicable), valid State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number (if applicable), and a Jury service Program Application for Exception and Certification Form by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, May 20, 2026 to Stantec. Where applicable, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. will assist interested CBEs in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance required by these contract documents.
