SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP #26-006) LEASE-LEASEBACK PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR: EL CAMINO HIGH SCHOOL MODERNIZATION South San Francisco Unified School District ("District") is seeking proposals from pre-qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide pre-construction services including constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, logistics planning, site investigations and construction services for the development and construction for the EL CAMINO HIGH SCHOOL MODERNIZATION ("Project"), under the District's Measure T Bond Program, in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406, et seq. Only persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations that were approved by the South San Francisco Unified School District Board of Trustees on May 8, 2025, as part of the lease-leaseback contractor pool associated with RFQ #25-001 will be permitted to submit proposals. Proposals received by entities not within this category will not be opened. Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code � 1725.5.
