NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oroville City Council adopted Ordinance 1895 at the April 21, 2026 regular City Council meeting. A summary of the ordinance is listed below: 1. Zoning Code changes recommended by the Ad Hoc Committee on Business Licenses and Permits and the Planning Commission. The committee was formed by the City Council specifically to make recommendations to change the Zoning Code in ways to make it easier for businesses to obtain permits. The ordinance covers several sections of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Oroville Municipal Code, including Chapters 17.04, 17.12, 17.16, 17.28, 17.32, 17.34, 17.36, 17.48, and 17.52.
