NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OROVILLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oroville PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on the projects described below. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or a time soon thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville, CA. All interested persons are invited to attend or submit comments in writing. 1. General Plan Amendment GPA26-02 and Zoning Change ZC26-02 at 2020 Montgomery St (APN 012-032-014) and 1453 Downer St (APN 012-094-008). The city proposes a General Plan Amendment and Zoning Change to change the current zoning designation from PQ (Public) to MXD (Downtown Mixed-Use) for the properties located at 2020 Montgomery St and 1453 Downer St. Additional information regarding the project described in this notice can be obtained from the Oroville Planning Department at 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville, CA. Anyone desiring to submit information, opinions or objections is requested to submit them in writing to the City Clerk's office prior to the hearing, or at the meeting.
