BUTTE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Butte County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2026, at 9:00 am, in the Butte County Board of Supervisors' chambers, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville. Public comments will be accepted in person at the meeting or may be submitted prior to the meeting. Use the following information to view or listen to the meeting remotely. Project Description: Applicant Franklin Construction is requesting to amend approved Conditional Use Permit (UP19-0003). The amendment is to remove Condition of Approval #18, which required parcel frontage improvements on Neal Road. The proposed amendment does not modify the uses approved under UP19-0003.
