Project Description: Applicant Franklin Construction is requesting to amend approved Conditional Use Permit (UP19-0003). The amendment is to remove Condition of Approval #18, which required parcel frontage improvements on Neal Road. The proposed amendment does not modify the uses approved under UP19-0003. The amendment does not impact the previously adopted Initial Study and MND (SCH 2019079076).
