BUTTE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on April 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Oroville City Council Chambers, 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville, California, regarding the following: ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 56381, et. seq. The Local Agency Formation Commission will review the Proposed Budget for FY 2026-27 as forwarded by the Budget Committee.
