NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Planning Commission) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Solano County Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider the request of Amir Habib to appeal the zoning requirement under Section 28.31.20 Table 28.31A that accessory buildings in aggregate greater than 5,000 square feet (sq ft) in size combined on a lot greater than 4-acres require a Minor Use Permit, as it pertains to the proposed 2,066 sq ft garage with a 256 sq ft covered porch under building permit application B2022-1123. The 7.84-acre parcel is in the Rural Residential 2.5-acre minimum (RR-2.5) zoning district. The property is located at 7615 English Hills Road, APN: 0105-050-940.
