McCoy, Esq. to appeal the Notice of Violation (NOV) dated April 17, 2026, issued by the Solano County Zoning Administrator, referencing the Solano County Code 28.70.10, that all uses of land shall be conducted in a manner to prevent glint or glare beyond the property line.
