PUBLIC NOTICE SOLANO LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Local Agency Formation Commission will hold an open public meeting at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Monday, June 8, 2026 and August 10, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, County Administration Building, 675 Texas Street, Fairfield, CA, to consider the following item: LAFCO Project No. 2023-16 Solano LAFCO Policy Updates, Part 3: Sphere of Influence and Municipal Service Review Policy Public Draft The proposed Solano LAFCO Sphere of Influence and Municipal Service Review Policy will consolidate, update, and clarify existing Solano LAFCO policies regarding spheres of influence and municipal service reviews. The policy will propose to repeal and replace Solano LAFCO policies that relate to the sphere of influence and municipal service reviews. This Draft policy will be published for a 30-day public review and comment period, open June 3, 2026 - July 6, 2026. Staff will return to the Commission on August 10, 2026, to propose adoption. Written comments may be mailed to the address above or emailed to clove@solanolafco.com, directed to Christina Love. All interested parties will have an opportunity to speak to the Commission in person during the public meeting and may also submit written testimony before the public meeting.
