NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THEHEARING OFFICER LISA MITTS-PATRICK OF THECITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEYNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 10200 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, the Planning Department will hold a public hearing on the following item:
 1. Special Use Permit 25-12 – 9604 Newfame Cir, Fountain Valley, CARequest for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to operate a Sober Living Home (SLH) for up to six (6) individuals at the location listed above.
THIS MATTER IS being processed pursuant to the planning laws of the State of California, Government Code, 6000 et seq., and the Fountain Valley Municipal Code, Title 21.
