NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chamber, 10200 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, California, the Fountain Valley City Council will consider the adoption of the following item:1. ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 14.18 OF THE FOUNTAIN VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO WATER CONSERVATIONAmendment of Chapter 14.18 of the Fountain Valley Municipal Code pertaining to Water Conservation to be consistent with the new statewide requirements established by Assembly Bill 1572 for prohibiting the irrigation of nonfunctional turf with potable water.All interested persons are invited to attend the above City Council Meeting and be heard at the time and place specified above.
