CITY OF MORENO VALLEYPLANNING COMMISSIONNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATIONNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Moreno Valley on the date and time set forth below:
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Logistics Facilities Mitigation Measures Ordinance has been evaluated pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines, and it has been determined that the Logistics Facilities Mitigation Measures Ordinance qualifies for a CEQA categorical exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15308 and the CEQA common sense exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
PUBLIC HEARING: All interested parties will be provided with an opportunity to submit oral testimony during the Public Hearing and/or provide written testimony prior to or at the Public Hearing. A copy of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15308 Exemption Memorandum prepared on behalf of the Lead Agency by Kimley-Horn and related material are available for public review and inspection online athttp://www.moreno-valley.ca.us/cdd/documents/about-projects.html or at the Community Development Department at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, by calling (951) 413-3206 during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday)
The Planning Commission Agenda, Staff Report, and related materials will be posted on the City's public website at least 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing at the following webpage:https://moval.org/city council/agendas.html.
PLEASE NOTE: The Planning Commission may consider and approve changes to the Proposal under consideration during the Public Hearing.
GOVERNMENT CODE § 65009 NOTICE: If you challenge any of the proposed actions taken by the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised during the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission of the City of Moreno Valley during or prior to the Public Hearing.
