NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEYAND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THEMORENO VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICTNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and the Board of Directors of the Moreno Valley Community Services District on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall Council Chamber, 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, to consider the following item:
ADOPTION OF APPROPRIATION (“GANN”) LIMITS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026/27
WHEREAS, the appropriations limit for the City of Moreno Valley for Fiscal Year 2026/27 to be presented for adoption by the City Council on June 2, 2026 is $192,172,311 and the annual appropriations subject to the limit is $165,337,920; and
WHEREAS, the appropriations limit for the Moreno Valley Community Services District for Fiscal Year 2026/27 to be presented for adoption by the Board of Directors on June 2, 2026 is $30,967,251 and the annual appropriations subject to the limit is $14,606,737; and
WHEREAS, a copy of all supporting data and documentation for the Fiscal Year 2026/27 appropriation limits are available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley California.The Press-EnterprisePublished: 5/15/26
