TO REVIEW AND CONFIRM ANNUAL REGULATORY RATE SCHEDULE FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) NEW AND EXISTING RESIDENTIAL, COMMON INTEREST, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND QUASI-PUBLIC LAND USES TO PROVIDE FOR VARIOUS STORMWATER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that a report has been prepared containing a description of each parcel of real property which is subject to the NPDES regulatory rate levy for fiscal year 2026/2027 and the proposed maximum and applied amount of the levy against the parcel. The report is on file in the City Clerk’s office of the City of Moreno Valley, located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California, and is available for public inspection during business hours. The report is also available online at http://moreno-valley.ca.us/departments/public-works/services-stormwater.html.
A public hearing on the report will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, in the City Council Chamber located at 14177 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, California. The hearing will be broadcast on Channel MVTV-3 and streamed via YouTube Live and the City’s Website. During the public hearing, the City Council will hear and consider any objections or protests to the report. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council may adopt or revise the levy and may make its determination on each affected parcel.
