CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT: The proposed amendments are not subject to further environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the City of Novato Environmental Review Guidelines pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15183.
