NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6.108 OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY GENERAL ORDINANCE CODE TO EXPAND RETAIL OPERATING AND DELIVERY OPERATION HOURS FOR THE COMMERCIAL SALE OF CANNABIS IN ALIGNMENT WITH STATE LAW. Alameda County Board of Supervisors 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 Board Chambers, 1221 Oak Street, Oakland, CA The proposed amendments are exempt from the requirements of CEQA under the "common sense exemption" (CEQA Section 15601(b)(3)) "[w]here it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment." IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION: The meeting site is open to the public. All in-person participants must adhere to posted health and safety protocols while in the building.
