PROJECT INFORMATIONThe City of Pomona is noticing for a public hearing for a City Initiated request for a Zoning & Development Code Amendment. The proposed request includes the modification of objective design standards, use definitions and standards, and administrative processes. The application is a Citywide action. The City case file is CODE-000378-2025. The City’s staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15061(b)(3) (general rule exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines.

The public hearing will take place at the regular meeting of the City Council on Monday, May 18 , 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in-person at the Council Chambers, 505 S. Garey Avenue Pomona CA 91766.
