WEST COUNTY WASTEWATER DISTRICT 2910 Hilltop Drive Richmond, CA 94806 (510) 222-6700 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE LEASE OF WEST COUNTY WASTEWATER DISTRICT-OWNED PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (Board) of West County Wastewater District (WCW) will conduct a public hearing regarding the lease of real property owned by WCW. The public hearing will be held at the April 15, 2026 Board of Directors meeting, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at 2910 Hilltop Drive, Richmond, California 94806. DESCRIPTION: The WCW Board will consider the lease of WCW-owned property located at 1950 Garden Tract Road to Halmar International, LLC for the storage of construction materials and equipment, and other materials as determined by the parties, in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 6514.1. PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT: All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comment.
