CITY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Richmond City Council will conduct a public hearing in person at 440 Civic Center Plaza, and via Zoom video conference to consider the following item: ADOPT an Ordinance amending the City's Building Code (Richmond Municipal Code Chapter 6.02) to adopt the 2025 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.
