In accordance with Government Code Section 3502.3 (Assembly Bill 2561) a public agency must present the status of vacancies, recruitment and retention efforts at a Public Hearing once per fiscal year before the adoption of an annual budget. Time and Place of Hearing: 10:00 a.m. or thereafter, in the Chamber of the Board of Supervisors, County Government Center, 385 North Arrowhead Avenue, First Floor, San Bernardino, CA, where all interested persons may be present and heard.
