NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 28, 2026 the City Council of the City of Stockton, CA, by resolution, preliminarily approved the Annual Engineer's Report for the Stockton Consolidated Storm Drainage Maintenance Assessment District No. 2005-1 for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year. The Report contains a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessment district and its Zones, the proposed budgets for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year, and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within each Zone of the district, all of which are incorporated herein by reference for further particulars. A copy of the Annual Engineer's Report is on file with the City Clerk and available for review and copying by any interested party. None of the proposed annual assessments exceed the maximum annual assessment allowable.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Tuesday June 09, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., in the regular meeting place of the City Council, Council Chambers, located at 425 N El Dorado St, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Stockton, CA, are the time and place appointed
by the City Council for considering and taking final action on the proposed budgets, and for hearing all protests related thereto. Any interested person may file a written protest with the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 N. El Dorado
Street, Stockton, CA 95202, at or before the time set for the Hearing. The Municipal Utilities Department, telephone (209) 937 8700, is the local department designated by the City Council to answer inquiries regarding the protest proceedings.
All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English.
