Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, will conduct a public hearing on June 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
The Planning Commission will consider the following item:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project is a City-initiated request to amend Chapter 2 of Article 9 (Land Use) of the Tustin City Code, related to the development of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs), in compliance with state law.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:
This project is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"; Cal. Pub. Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.) pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080.17, as the proposed amendments implement the provisions of California Government Code Section 66314 and 66333 (Assembly Bill 3057).
