COMMISSION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
AMENDING SAN BUENAVENTURA MUNICIPAL CODE (SBMC) TITLE, 20, “PUBLIC PARKS,
BEACHES AND STREET TREES,” BY REPLACING THE EXISTING CHAPTER 20.155,
“EMERGENCY TREE ORDINANCE,” WITH A NEW CHAPTER 20.155, “TREE PROTECTION
ORDINANCE,” AND AMENDING SECTIONS IN SBMC TITLE 24, “ZONING REGULATIONS,”
DIVISION 4, “DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS,” AS AUTHORIZED BY
SBMC SECTION 24.540, “ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT PROCEDURE,” TO REGULATE TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL OF TREES WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BUENAVENTURA.
