Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing at the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 625 Court Street, Room 206, Woodland, CA to consider the following agenda item: Project Title: Wastewater Treatment Facility Annexation to the Esparto Community Services District (LAFCo No. 26-01) Project Description: The Esparto Community Services District has submitted an application to annex four parcels to the District totaling 83.3 acres to bring their wastewater treatment facilities within their district boundary. Location: The following four parcels are located along the north side of State Route 16, east of the town of Esparto: APNs 049-120-038, 049-130-007, 049-130-013, and 049-130-050. Environmental Review: It is proposed that the project be determined to be exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15319 of the CEQA Guidelines which provides a categorical exemption for the annexation of existing facilities.
