REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026-3769 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed proposals for: DISASTER RELATED DEBRIS REMOVAL Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to establish a pre-positioned contract for emergency debris clearance, debris removal, reduction, disposal, and other disaster-related services. Sealed proposals will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The complete bid document may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (online bidding site). Funds for services under this Agreement may be derived from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or from Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including FEMA requirements, as well as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
