REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) 2026-3768 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: RUNWAY 12-30 PAPI AND REIL REPLACEMENT AT MARTIN COUNTY AIRPORT / WITHAM FIELD Martin County is seeking bids from Licensed Contractors for the replacement of Runway 12-30 Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs) and Runway End Identifier Lights (REILs) at Martin County Airport/Witham Field. The project includes associated airfield electrical improvements, grading and site restoration, and modifications to the airfield electrical vault. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM at 2011 SE Airport Road, Stuart, FL 34996. Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The complete bid document may be downloaded from www.demandstar.com (online bidding site). Funds for this project are derived from a State of Florida Department of Transportation Public Transportation grant agreement (FPN# 454788-1-94-01 / Contract # G3A55) and an Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) (Project No. 3-12-0076-033-2025). Therefore, the successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers compensation, licenses, and registration requirements.
