Responses are hereby solicited by the City of Winter Springs, Florida for Michael Blake RWM Extension. The City of Winter Springs is requesting Proposals from qualified companies for the purposes of providing their services for the construction and installation of reclaimed water main.

Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visits scheduled for 2:00 PM on Wednesday May 13, 2026 see schedule for details. Sealed bids must be received by June 05, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Winter Springs City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, FL 32708. Bid opening will be immediately following the bid registration in City Hall, City Commission Chambers.

The project consists of the following:
The City of Winter Springs is requesting Responses from qualified companies (Proposer or Proposers) for the City for the purposes of providing their services for the construction and installation of 1,300 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch reclaimed water main from the intersection of Blumberg Boulevard and Tuskawilla Road to Fanning Drive along Tuskawilla Road and 3,500 LF 8-inch reclaimed water main along Michael Blake Blvd to connect to the existing 12- inch reclaimed water main at SR 434.
