BID TITLE: OAK HAMMOCK PARK BOARDWALK REPAIRS

THE CITY OF SUNRISE, FLORIDA (hereinafter "the City") will electronically receive, open, and publicly read aloud bids for the above-referenced matter at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday June 25, 2026, via www.demandstar.com at City Hall, First Floor, 10770 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Sunrise, Florida 33351. A description of the Project is as follows:
Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited, to the repair and rehabilitation of the existing wood boardwalk system at Oak Hammock Park. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the job. Work shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications on bid and shall include selective demolition, structural repairs, pile restoration, decking and fence removal/reinstallation, and finishings necessary to return the boardwalk to a safe and functional condition. Location: The Work is located at the Oak Hammock Park, 9220 NW 44TH ST, Sunrise Florida, 33351.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit, will be held at Oak Hammock Park, 9220 NW 44TH ST, SUNRISE, FLORIDA 33351, ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2026 AT 10:00AM.
Contractors are responsible for bringing any required sub-contractors to this Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. This bid may be obtained at
