POLICE STATION EXPANSION
The Town of Highland Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all operations for the expansion and renovation of the existing Police Station as described in the ITB plans and specifications. All sealed bids must be received, one (1) original, one (1) copy, and one (1) electronic copy in the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 3614 S. Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida 33487, no later than 2:00 PM on June 15, 2026, at which time the name of submitters will be publicly read in the Town of Highland Beach Commission Chambers. Bids received after the due date will not be accepted. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Town Hall on May 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The complete ITB may be obtained and downloaded from Demandstar. Submitters who get copies of this solicitation from sources other than Demandstar may potentially risk not receiving specific addendum(s) issued due to the solicitation. Paper copies of the ITB may be requested by contacting the Town Clerks Office at (561) 278-4548.
