PROPOSAL FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION RFP 02-2026 GRANT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The City of Live Oak Requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $3,895,500.00 Disaster Relief category of the FFY 2023 and 2024 Small Cities CDBG Program to make improvements to the Citys potable water system. This grant will be used for the Water Storage Tank and Water Line Loop Project. Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria: 1). CDBG Program Experience 40 points 2). The Firms Approach 20 points 3). Client References 20 points 4). Approach to Meeting Local Project Needs 10 points 5). Proposed Fee Basis 10 points Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Live Oak, Florida 101 SE White Ave, Live Oak, FL until March 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM RFP Documents may be requested by contacting Yolanda Tanksley, Project and Procurement Specialist via e-mail at ytanksley@cityofliveoak.org.
