PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board/Special Magistrate will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2025, at 2:15 p.m., or immediately after the Local Planning Agency Meeting at the City Hall Commission Chamber, 100 N. Main Street, Wildwood, Florida to consider the following case. CASE NUMBER: SP 2410-004 Exalt Health Rehab Hospital Offsite Force Main Extension GENERAL LOCATION: Located within portions of US 301 ROW, Switcher Street, Johnson Street, Fifth Avenue, Fourth Avenue, Third Avenue, and C-44A, starting approximately 106 feet west of the intersection of Powell Road and C-44A, and running 0.17 miles west. The second scope runs approximately 0.78 miles west and south. REQUESTED ACTION: 877 linear-foot, 6-inch force main and 4,124 linear-foot, 8-inch force main. CASE NUMBER: 25-2593-SP-Hampton Substation (SECO) GENERAL LOCATION: Located approximately 0.11 miles south of E C 470 and 0.33 miles east of the intersection of EC 470 and McNeil Drive. REQUESTED ACTION: 74,777 SF yard rock area and 955 SF new equipment enclosure. CASE NUMBER: 25-4280-SP-Wildwood Medical Office Building GENERAL LOCATION: Located north along C 466A, approximately 0.13 miles east of C 466A and E C 462 intersection. REQUESTED ACTION: 8,064 SF medical office. CASE NUMBER: 26-0205-V-Open Bible Lutheran Church Sign Variance GENERAL LOCATION: Located approximately 0.27 miles northeast of the E C 466 and CR 103 intersection, approximately 0.11 miles east of CR 103, south along Bellwether Lane. REQUESTED ACTION: Increasing the sign height an additional 2 feet due to a 4-foot fence on the adjacent property. The cases may be inspected by the public at the Development Services Department, Wildwood City Hall, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearings and provide comments regarding the proposed Ordinances.
