NOTICE OF INTENDED AGENCY ACTION BY THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a Letter Modification of the Water Use Permit for Blue Goose Water Conservation Authority, LLC. The Letter of Modification application is for a reduction/change in service area to account for the removal of an approximately 135.2-acre property and associated annual average groundwater demand reduction from 3,835,200 gallons per day (gpd) to 3,755,300 gpd and a peak month groundwater demand reduction from 19,358,900 gpd to 19,234,963 gpd. Comments must include the permit number and be received within 21 days from the date of this notice.
