NOTICE OF INTENDED AGENCY ACTION BY THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a Letter Modification of the Water Use Permit for Blue Goose Utility Company, LLC. The Letter of Modification application is for a reduction/change in service area to account for the removal of an approximately 135.2-acre property and associated annual average demand reduction from 5,836,600 gallons per day (gpd) to 5,777,600 gpd and a peak month demand reduction from 8,500,000 gpd to 8,425,400 gpd.
