NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RENEWAL OF A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TEMPORARY USE PERMIT The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on March 2, 2026, at 5:00 P.M at The Everglades Recreation Center 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163 to consider the following application: Case No: STU26-000004 Applicant: Shannon Sherrill General Location: Bushnell area West of CR 317 and North of W C 48 Legal Description: The East 141.69 feet of the West 283.25 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 21 South, Range 21 East, Sumter County, Florida: LESS right of way for County Road (Known as SW 58 LN) across the South 25.00 feet thereof.
