NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Sumter County will consider the following subject at a Public Hearing:
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SUMTER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON CR 239.
 
This will be heard during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Sumter County on March 24, 2026, which begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be heard at that time or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.
 
The place of the meeting is the Everglades Recreation Center, 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163.
 
Entry to the Recreation Center is through the front door. Persons needing special assistance gaining access to the meeting and hearings or to be heard at the hearing should call 352-689-4400 to make any special arrangements.
