NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RENEWAL OF A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TEMPORARY USE PERMIT The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2026 at 5:00 P.M at The Everglades Recreation Center 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163 to consider the following application: Case No: STU26-000011 Applicant: Heather Philbrick General Location: Bushnell area West of SR 471 and South of SE 25th St Legal Description: THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH 555.00 FEET OF THE EAST 840.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, SUMTER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF JUMPER CREEK CANAL; AND THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, SUMTER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF JUMPER CREEK CANAL, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE ROAD NO. 471. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any action taken by an above named Board respect to any matter considered during any meeting of such Board, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record may include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
