NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENEWAL OF A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
 
The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on March 16 2026 , at 5:00 P.M at The Everglades Recreation Center 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163 to consider the following application:

Requested Action:
Renewal of a medical hardship temporary use permit to allow for a Mobile Home to remain on parcel j23-062 for three years as a medical caregiver residence.
 
The proposed change may be inspected by the public at the Planning and Floodplain Division, The Villages Sumter County Service Center, 7375 Powell Rd, Wildwood between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays.
