NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENEWAL OF A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
 
The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on March 2, 2026, at 5:00 P.M at The Everglades Recreation Center 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163 to consider the following application:

General Location:
Bushnell area  East of CR 614A and South of W C 476
 
Legal Description:
Lot 9 Plat #4, SUMTER GARDENS, as per plat of record thereof filed in Plat Book 2, Page 45, Public Records of Sumter County, Florida.
 
Requested Action:
Renewal of a medical hardship temporary use permit to allow for a Mobile Home to remain on parcel N19B009 for three (3) years as a medical caregiver residence.
