NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure April 8, 2026 and entered in Case No.  502025CA011836XXXAMB (AO) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Witney "A" Condominium Association, Inc is Plaintiff and Leone S. Fendrick f/k/a Leone S. Fein is Defendant, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 8th day of June, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real  property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 206 in Building A-1, of WITNEY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4327, Page 571, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
