NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-019257 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Whitehall Condominiums of Pine Island Ridge Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Christine Stead and Nancy Stead are Defendant(s), the Clerk of Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, Brenda D. Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 oclock A.M. on the 9th day of June, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 103 of CONDOMINIUM 14 of WHITEHALL CONDOMINIUMS OF PINE ISLAND RIDGE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 11206, Page 786 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
