NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure May 12, 2026, that was entered in Civil Case No: 502025CC013033XXXASB of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein PALM ISLES III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELAINE DAVIDSON, KEITH DAVIDSON, and PAUL DAVIDSON are the Defendants.
The Clerk, Mike Caruso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of June 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Dwelling Unit B, Phase 257 (Building 257) of Palm Isles III Condominium ("Condominium") according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof ("Declaration"), recorded in Official Records Book 8284, Pages 242 through 536 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto.
