NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002948 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and We Buy Homes, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso, Esq., will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 3, 2026 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
