WALL-ACE A/K/A BRANDY WALLACE, VE-LOCITY INVESTMENTS LLC, and all others whom it may concern: No-tice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 24, 2026, in Case No.: 2025 14100 CIDL in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit In and For Volusia County, Florida, in which VALLEY NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and BRANDY F. WALLACE A/K/A BRAN-DY WALLACE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Volusia County:
Lot 6, Domingo Reyes Estates, First Addition, according to the plat thereof asrecorded in Plat Book 29, Page 17, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on the prescribed date, in accordance with 45.031, Fla. Stat.
